Right to Know - Please specify if you are (a) requesting only the categories of personal information collected about you, categories of sources, and categories of third parties to whom we disclose your personal information; or (b) you are also requesting the specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
Right to Delete - If you are submitting a request to delete, we may respond to your request by disclosing to you the categories of personal information collected about you and asking whether you wish all of your personal information to be deleted, or only portions.
Right to Correct - If you are submitting a request to correct, we may respond by requesting additional documentation verifying the inaccuracy of your personal information held by us. We will only use such additional documentation to respond to your request to correct and for recordkeeping purposes, as required by the CCPA.
We will confirm receipt of your request no later than 10 business days after receipt. If we need additional information to identify you, we will contact you using your preferred contact method provided above. Please allow 45 calendar days for us to respond to your request. If we need additional time, we will notify you as soon as possible and respond within an additional 45 calendar days (90 days total from the date of your request).
