No individual rate increase from the date your insurance begins for each term under your Union’s group master insurance policy due to your health or any other individual reason.(1)
No medical exam may be required for members under age 55 who choose benefit amounts of $300,000.00 or less.

(1) Rates can only be changed if changed for everyone under the Group Master Policy.
Suicide is not covered in the first two years of the coverage. In Colorado, Missouri and North Dakota, suicide is not covered in the first year of coverage. In cases of suicide, benefits are limited to a return of premiums paid without interest. Injury, illness, accidents and all other causes of death are covered.
